§ 2.04. Compensation; Expenses.

The City Council may, by ordinance or resolution, determine the annual salary of the Mayor and Council members. The Mayor and Council members shall also receive their actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties of office. The Council shall also by ordinance or resolution fix the salary and compensation of all other elective and appointive officers of the City unless otherwise provided by law.
