§ 5.12. Public Records.

Copies of the budget, capital program and appropriation and revenue ordinances or resolutions shall be public records. All records of the City shall be made available to the general public in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, being Act 422 of the Public Acts of 1976, as amended, being Sections 15.231 to 15.246 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
