§ 8.03. Board of Review.

The Board of Review shall consist of three electors of the City who, at the time of their appointment, are not either elected or appointed officials of the City. They shall be appointed by the Mayor to serve three-year staggered terms subject to confirmation by the Council. Each term shall commence as of January 1. The Board shall select its own clerk, who may be the City Assessor. They shall meet and complete their work as required by law. Their compensation shall be fixed by the Council.
