§ 8.07. Warrant.

Upon delivering said City tax roll to the City Treasurer, the Assessor shall annex thereto his or her warrant over his or her signature, with the seal of the City affixed, commanding the Treasurer to collect from the several persons named in said roll the several sums mentioned therein and enforce payment as provided herein or by general law.
